After acquiring over 15 years of experience in several leading companies working for the Argentinean and Latin American markets, we decided to bring together all our knowledge and insights on placement solutions to provide an international quality service.

What we do

We divide our headhunting searches into Executives, Managerial Level and Middle Management.

The life cycle of our processes is divided into six parts, culminating in the presentation of a short list of the best candidates two weeks after the start of the search. During this time, we are in constant contact with the client to calibrate the profiles and keep them updated at each stage of the process.

1- Profile Generation

At the start of each search, we meet with our clients to get a close look at the company and learn firsthand what they are looking for in terms of profile, the position within their organization and get to know its culture. We are convinced that fully understanding what our client needs from the outset ensures a successful result.

2- Sourcing Strategy

We define personalized candidate identification strategies based on the requirements and challenges presented by each position. WHAT to look for is of no use if you do not know WHERE and HOW to find it.

3- PHONE SCREEN

We contact all selected candidates to go deeper into their work history, academic background and personal qualities. This helps us to identify those who would be seriously considered for the position and thus conduct in-depth interviews only with those candidates who are best suited for the specific profile we are working on.

4- Face-to-face / VIDEO CALL interview

We get to know the potential hire even more, covering all relevant aspects, including their interests, goals, technical skills, education and work and life experience and everything else that we or the client feels is worth learning more about. At this stage, we ensure not only that all our clients’ expectations are met, but also that the project and the company captivate the chosen candidate.

5- Reference Check

Before submitting a candidate to our clients we first carry out an exhaustive reference check in at least three previous workplaces. This reassures us that we are presenting candidates who not only meet the technical requirements, but also the human ones.

6- Presentation to the Client

The market analysis we carry out, in combination with the previous steps, ensure that we present to our clients only the most suitable candidates in the market for the position we are working on.
